The Auburns are the Midwest's premier country-rock band. Born under the neons of Duke's in 2018, the pedal steel-driven band (that's Joe Alterio on the steel) pays homage to the late '60s/early '70s SoCal country-rock pioneers (Gram Parsons, Mike Nesmith, Doug Sahm, Poco, Byrds) adding a Texan flair courtesy of lead singer and San Antonio native David Garza.  

Playing a mix of covers as well as originals from the pens of both Garza and bassist Gary Wasson, The Auburns are a must-listen if you enjoy three-part harmonies (that's drummer Dave Pleiss on the high parts), rock-driven country, country-driven rock, and did we mention pedal steel guitar?
